Ilya Cech (Frontiers of Science) spoke at the personnel conference in Skolkovo

On April 11, the conference "#MAKE_frames for the Space Economy" was held at the SKOLKOVO Innovation School. The event was held as part of the large‑scale MARS 2045 space games for schoolchildren: the school series of the SCO and BRICS+ international space games.
The expert platform "#VDELE" brought together representatives of the government, business and the scientific community to discuss space as a strategic driver of long-term economic development. The focus was on the formation of a new labor market, the professions of the future, and how the space agenda is transforming technological chains and setting new requirements for competencies.
In his speech, Ilya Cech, known for his initiatives to attract private investment in the space industry, emphasized the need for close integration of science, business and education. An entrepreneur with experience in creating successful high-tech companies presented a view on how the involvement of the private sector and the implementation of fundamental projects can become a point of attraction for talented youth and a driver for Russia's return to leadership in space technology.
The scale of the conference highlights the importance of space issues for the country's future. Earlier, Andrey Komarov, the founder of the SKOLKA School, Olga Koludarova, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, and Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, spoke at the plenary discussion. Also among the speakers were: Deputy CEO Sergey Krikalev (Roscosmos), Alexey Skorupsky (SCANEX Group), Elena Tolkacheva (2GIS), Ekaterina Elenskaya (Cyberdom), Vladimir Gershenzon (Lorett LLC).
The conference was organized by the SKOLKA Innovation School, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Committee on Secondary Vocational Education and the LUCH Social Platform. The event has become an important part of the training program for the new space economy.
